NDignite Connection Application (2017-2018 Programming)

To complete this application you will need:

• Your guidance counselor's name and email address (if your school does not have a guidance counselor, please have your principal's name and email address available) 
• Your school's address and phone number 
• Your most recent report card 
• A parent/guardian to help complete the application information  

Please be sure to have this information available before starting your application, as you will not have the option to save your work and return later.  Please allow a minimum of 25 minutes to complete the application.

After submitting your application, our office will send an email to your counselor/principal (using the e-mail address you provide) to request a recommendation and copy of your most recent transcript or report card. We ask that all supporting documents be submitted to our office by the recommender no later than May 18, 2017.
